So I suppose that bit is meant to soften the blow, I guess. I would say Leo doesn't deserve that praise and lie, but then again they do live in a world where Grimm are attracted to negativity. So, from the sounds of it, the fame of stopping Haven destruction went to the new White Fang, along with students showing up as well. Train Station - Qrow, still honestly good to hear your voice.Okay, now onto something better hopefully. We see Adam cut down his throne while still thinking about Blake and then insert a 'reeee' here. But then again, the guy literally got one shot by Blake. To be fair, I feel like those two should of kept quiet. He killed seemingly all the WF Members in the place and is just sitting on his cursed throne, pondering about Blake. And oh boy, Adam only sounded like a whiny teenager with a knife here. This reminds me of Volume 5, where I thought it was good when watching the entire series with my friend until I realise the flaws. Adam's Throne - And it's followed up with something not so fun.Is it speed or is she just manipulating her body and turning them into whatever to fly through, letting off white/red petals along the way? Weird. Interaction between the characters is alright, though Ruby just grabbing Weiss and doing her semblance thing just confuses me. Animation seems a bit clunky, but it's not too bad for me. Also Jaune, this is pretty much exactly the reason why you need a gun of some sorts. Specially with Ren and Nora shooting, but eh. It's a nice flashback, to say the least, but I feel like the animation could of been a little bit better. Animations look a bit rough and slowish for me, but it oddly reminds me of Volume 1.
So, let's get started with the first episode of Volume 6. Some things might be inaccurate or wrong, but I'm mostly going by first impression and thoughts. As well as both good and bad in bullet points.
I'll most likely not do one massive post of the entirety of Volume 6, so I'll just do each episode post by post. But I did started to get back into the subject of RWBY through the criticism, and I do want to see this ride to the end, one way or another. Mostly due to anxiety of what to expect and all. Well, I was putting it off for some time.
